Description: The work which we show, is referred the research that takes by Compared Analysis of the Practical Formation in the University System as Base of Evaluation and Improvement granted by the Ministry of Education and Science. The analysis that we carried was focused in the university system that we considered important by its great potentiality as soon as element with own capacity to elevate the quality level of education and the university formation. We talked about the "System of Practical Formation" (Practicum) used in the formation of the future professionals that will be gotten up from the university classrooms, the world of the work.The research has the purpose "of elevating the quality of university education studying channels that provide an excellent practical formation, consequent with the situation and real necessities of the present society". In order to obtain this purpose, it has been considered advisable to begin making a compared study of the systems of practical formation (Practicum) that they are carried out in the Spanish universities.We expect to use the directives derived from this study as base that allows us to analyze the possibility of enriching and of improving the own system of practical formation. We try to reflect on the adjustment of the generated material and the used procedure, to the context of other Spanish universities and other degrees, in order to propose its use.
Methodology: We distinguished two samples: for the "compared study", analyzing the practical formation received by the university students in the Spanish reality; other, for the "case study " in the University of Granada. For first, the study object constitutes original institutional documents represented by the Programs of Practicum of the Degree of "Pedagogía" of the Spanish universities (n=18). The other hand, to undertake the study of case represented by the Practicum of the University of Granada, the subjects of the investigation belong to several groups or sectors, having tried that are represented all the agents who take part in the practical formation of the university students.
Conclusions: The contribution constitutes a vision summarized and partial of the research. We present and describe the structure and methodologic elements, because the procedures, instruments and materials generated, applied in the collection and analysis of the information, they constitute, by themselves, elements of formation which have facilitated and promoted the reflection, the evaluation and the improvement of the performances that the practical formation produces. But, our analyses is focused to improve a concrete system of practices, try to study and to propose global processes of analysis, evaluation and improvement of the systems, programs and performances of practical formation that they can be applicable in any university. Performance procedures were elaborated, applied and valued, all of them, of general character with the pretension that they can have capacity in any needed context to improve his system of practices. We present them, to describe them and to validate them within general methodologic frame.
