“We need research that frames education within the wider fields of economics, production processes, bio-safety, medicalised food issues, supply chains and business practices. The specific educational entailments of health and wellbeing will be researched through collaboration with policy and scholarly initiatives across these broader industrial, commercial, health and wellbeing contexts” (EERA's Agenda for Horizon 2020 Moos et al, 2013).
