Conceptual reformation of the system of adults in Ukraine is carried out with due account of world experience in the process of research, prognostication and comparative analysis of world tendencies of development of formation of adults, within the scope of global and regional conformities to the law (V.Cremen, I.Zyazyon, N.Nichkalo, O.Sukhomlinskaya, V.Koudin, L.Vovk, N. Dem’yanenko, L.Pulkhovska and others).

Among the positive trends are: development of scientific collaboration of the Ukrainian and Russian researchers, general realizing importance and priority of improving the national systems of continuous education and formation of adults, development of comparative-pedagogical researches in the field of andragogу, andragogiсal approaches to organization of educational process of adults (N. Avshenuk, V. Andrushenko, N.  Byduk, S.  Vershlovskyi, S. Zmeyov, L. Luk’yanova, N. Podobed, N.  Protasova, S. Sysoeva and others).

Taking into consideration urgency of development of this problem, its global and national value it is necessary to emphasize that the future teachers are to be acquainted with evolution in the field of adults’ formation, on the andragogical bases of the personnel training in the system of continuing education, realizing the spesific strategy of UNESCO in the field of adults’ formation at the national level.

 

Method

Global strategy of development of higher education in the world is closely related to the problem of formation of adults. That’s why it is important for students to understand the features of evolution of scientific problems in this sphere, role of European institutions in this process (UNESCO, European Union etc.). Made analysis of modern foreign conceptions and systems of professional preparation of specialists in western countries, leading ideas, principles and conformities to the law should be generalized. Of peculiar interest is the analysis of tendencies of the system of professional preparation of teachers in Germany, Great Britain, France, Sweden, Switzerland. It is the basis for analysis of features of development of theory and practice of foreign higher education, and also development of andragogical directions in foreign countries.

Expected Outcomes

To understand our national experience, the tendency of its development can be realized on the basis of comparing the requirements to the future teachers in foreign countries. In this context pedagogical formation of Germany is of a great interest. First of all there is a question about duration the maintenance of teaching for specialities "Pedagogics", professional determination of students with profiling disciplines, changes in the system of higher education within the framework of the Bologna process. It is about the features of teaching in a city council, diploma work, features of method of teaching, and also transition problems on the departmental teaching in the conditions of realization of purposes of the Bologna process. The topicality of research in the area of adult education is growing within the context when national and foreign experts are concentrated on the problem of development of conceptual bases of modern philosophy of education during the life, focusing on importance of collaboration between the state and public, taking into consideration legal and financial functioning in the sphere of formation of adults, developing the andragogical directions.

Development of comparative-pedagogical tendency in Ukraine is directly related to scientific research work in the sphere of formation of adults. For this reason the problem of professional preparation of andragogу as the field of study at the pedagogical institutes and universities of Ukraine could be supported on the state level that does not eliminate but also develops alternative directions of the methodology providing its realization in frames of higher education. Made analysis of modern foreign conceptions and systems of professional preparation of specialists in western countries, leading ideas, principles and conformities to the law should be generalized. Of peculiar interest is the analysis of tendencies of the system of professional preparation of teachers in Germany, Great Britain, France, Sweden, Switzerland. It is the basis for analysis of features of development of theory and practice of foreign higher education, and also development of andragogical directions in foreign countries. Development of the Bologna process gave opportunities for Ukraine to enter the European educational space and to make actual transformations of the national system of higher education. So, realization by Ukraine the principles of Bologna declaration is based on the idea of European standards (quality of education and role of higher education in the process of realization of the program of learning within the whole life). The process of transformation of functions of higher education is directly related to its modernization, by introduction of modern technologies and forms of educational process, in particular by development of comparative pedagogics and andragogy. It is necessary to pay attention at that the issues of reformation of higher education of Germany are directly related to aspiration of Germany to safe national educational traditions in the context of the Bologna process. We mean the state level of responsibility of the modern system of higher education of Germany.
