The purpose of this research is to Express the relation between organizational Commitment, perception of organizational support and organizational trust in public primary schools.

Survey has been done on 315 teachers working at 18 primary schools at Gölcük,Kocaeli. perception of organizational support Scale of Eisenberger et.al.and Teachers’ Multidimensional Commitment at Educational Organizations Scale of Celep (1996) anda Organizational trust Scale of Polat (2007) are used during the survey.Data are transferred to SPSS 13.00 for Windows, and factor analysis is applied first.Anova, regression during the analysis  on survey which becomes an ideal measurement unit, is also applied.

In the end of the research, meaningful results were obtained related to the organizational commitment of teachers, perception of organizational support and organizational trust and its dimensions.Accordingly,when the teachers’ perceptions of organizational trust, their organizational commitment raised in a positive  way as well.Also, according to gender, females have more perceptios of organizational trust.The more teachers have perceptions of organizational support,the more they have organizational commitment.When it is examined according to the gender, females have more perceptions of organizational support.Besides, organizational commitment levels of females are seen highly in this research.It is not observed that meaningful differences among the other factors of demografic features.
