Contribution

This paper looks at a new level of leadership within the Victorian Education school government system. The new role is entitled the ‘Regional Network Leader’. This new role appears to fit with our current understanding and knowledge of the role of the superintendent. Within the government education system the new role is part of a new of changes that have been called ‘System Leadership’. The paper specifically focuses on the role of the Regional Network Leader.
