Mediterranean European countries, which until the second half of the twentieth century were characterized demographically because countries with large numbers of emigrants, at the present time are faced with two opposing phenomena: a high number of immigrants who choose them as a country of host and a major return movement of people who one day left the country or their descendants.
Both aspects are at the heart of recent discussions of the European Union from the perspective of immigration law. Europe is situated at a crucial test of democracy becomes herself society by analyzing the response given from the host societies migratory movements precisely in societies that have developed the universal theory of human rights (Moya, 2001) .
The theories explaining the return migration are essentially two (Castillo, 1997): the phenomenological theory, represented by Schutz (1974) which states that people who leave their home social enter another dimension that takes place on hard difficulty that if they find it difficult to adapt to the society of the country they emigrated, they also find an unknown and hostile to return home, and social conflict theory in which the explanatory models of return are based on the analysis of the reasons for return (Green, 2006).
The study we conducted could be included in the latter theory because it focuses on knowing the status of returned emigrants, second and third generation, who come from Latin American countries (Argentina, Venezuela, Uruguay and Brazil).
The overall objective of the study is to understand the needs of returnees in order to facilitate their social integration and employment. Research questions to ask are, among others, the following: What motivates the return, What needs the immigrant population has returned, What to bring potential?
The poster presented will respond to two specific objectives of the study are to analyze the social and educational needs of emigrants returned and present coping strategies and improving their personal situation, work and society.
