The network meeting of NW 32 "Organizational Education" was visited by about 30 colleagues. Beside some general and some specific informations, there were two main topics: 1. election of network's convenors, 2. discussion on research memorandum.
1. The colleagues who started the network already before its official constitution in Porto 2014 (Michael Göhlich, Bente Elkjaer, Tara Fenwick, Andreas Schröer, Susanne Weber, and Byung Jun Yi) were confirmed as convenors. In addition, also Petr Novotny and Line Revsbaek were elected as convenors. Michael Göhlich was confirmed as link convenor. 2. The convenors presented the draft of a research memorandum on Organizational Education. This draft results from the translation of the memorandum which the commission "Organisationspädagogik" (as part of the German Educational Research Association) had published. Already at ECER 2014 in Porto a small group of colleagues had discussed it. Now, at ECER 2015 in Budapest, it was discussed within the network meeting. The discussion was very fruitful and helpful for building a kind of network spirit. It was decided that the convenors will edit the draft with all the comments of the discussion within the first half of 2016. At ECER 2016 in Dublin, the memorandum shall be finally discusses within the network meeting. If it is accepted by the colleagues in the network meeting, the memorandum shall be published in EERJ.
