Publishing in Education Journals and Books (Tips to Help You Succeed)

Time Wednesday 9:00 - 10:30
Location VMP 8 - Room 208
Speakers Ian White, Sarah Tuckwell; Routledge Education
Chair Ian White

This session is aimed at newly emerging researchers who want to learn more about the journals and books processes and are looking to improve publication success in their chosen format. It has been designed to provide participants with a generic, basic introduction to the process of journal manuscript preparation and peer review and book proposal preparation with specific reference to education journals and books. Although the majority of the workshop is in the form of a presentation given by members of the Routledge/Taylor & Francis Education Journals and Books Editorial team, there will be time for Q & A with the help of selected authors and journal editors. Full of helpful tips and guidance, the content of the presentation can be applied to the majority of education journals and books, irrespective of Publisher.”
